With the new Unified Linking feature, you can automatically link your Facebook Page with your Instagram account within InstantDM. Once linked, you can set up a single automation trigger that works across both platforms simultaneously.
If you set up a keyword trigger for the word "Guide," it will fire whether the user comments on your Instagram Reel or your Facebook Status.
3. Seamless Cross-Posting Support
This is a game-changer for creators who post primarily from Instagram.
Many of you use the "Share to Facebook" toggle when posting on Instagram. Historically, automations often break on these cross-posted versions because they aren't "native" Facebook posts.
InstantDM now fully supports Cross-Post Automation.
If you post on Instagram and cross-post to Facebook, our system detects the synced post on Facebook. If a user comments on that Facebook version, the automation will still trigger perfectly. You no longer have to choose between convenience and automation—you get both.
