• Payments are processed through Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or API policies
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Use the Service to collect data without proper consent

6. Instagram API Compliance

Our Service uses Instagram's official APIs and complies with Meta's Platform Terms. We are a Meta Business Partner and follow all required guidelines. However, Instagram may change their policies at any time, which may affect Service functionality.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend service for violations of these terms
• Experience downtime due to technical issues

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of InstantDM are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile our platform
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

10. Limitation of Liability

• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a way that harms our platform or other users

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
