Welcome to InstantDM. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using InstantDM, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use InstantDM. You must have the authority to bind any business or entity you register on behalf of. Your use of InstantDM must comply with all applicable laws, including Instagram’s Terms of Use and Meta’s Developer Policies.

2. Account Registration You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. InstantDM is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.

3. Acceptable Use When using InstantDM, you agree NOT to: Violate any laws or regulations, including spam or privacy laws. Send unsolicited messages, bulk spam, or misleading content. Use the Service in ways that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access InstantDM’s source code. Interfere with other users’ access to the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. Integration with Instagram InstantDM connects to Instagram via the Meta API. Your use of our Service must comply with Instagram’s policies at all times. InstantDM is not endorsed by or affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. If your Instagram account is suspended or restricted, InstantDM may be unable to provide its features, and we are not liable for such limitations.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments InstantDM is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and features are detailed on our website. All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data & Privacy We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content but grant InstantDM a license to process and store it for providing our Service. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions to send messages to recipients.

7. Intellectual Property InstantDM and its content (logos, code, designs, etc.) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability & Changes We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram API downtime).

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability InstantDM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantDM and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination You may stop using InstantDM at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and any associated data may be deleted per our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
