4. Subscription Terms

6. Exceptions

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent ban from using InstantDM
  • Legal action to recover costs and damages

8. Account Termination by InstantDM

If we terminate your account due to violations of our Terms of Service:

  • No refund will be provided for any remaining subscription time
  • You forfeit access to all features and data
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However:

  • Existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice of price changes

10. Instagram Account Issues

InstantDM is not responsible for:

  • Instagram account suspensions or bans
  • Changes to Instagram's API or policies
  • Loss of followers or engagement
  • Any actions taken by Instagram against your account

No refunds will be provided for issues related to Instagram's platform or policies.

11. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. No refunds will be provided if:

  • A specific feature is removed or changed
  • Integration with third-party services is discontinued
  • Service limitations are adjusted
