When you're actively chatting with a potential client and they accidentally send a trigger word mid-conversation, this new setting prevents the flow from firing. Configure it based on message window (last 10 or 20 messages) and chat recency (10 mins ago, 20 mins ago) — fully customizable per automation.

Instagram recently started blocking DMs to users who don't follow you. We built a workaround — when a DM fails, InstantDM automatically replies to their comment with a customizable message like 'Follow me to get the link' or 'Send me this reel to get the link'. The reply text and link are fully customizable per automation.
