I run a Shopify store along with a women's boutique. I regularly post videos on Instagram and Facebook and used to reply to every comment manually.
When I first saw the InstantDM ad, I honestly didn't believe in automating comments. It sounded too robotic and impersonal. I always felt customers prefer real, manual replies.
But after trying InstantDM automation for my posts, my perspective completely changed. The replies still felt natural, and the instant response actually impressed my customers. People received the product link immediately in DM, which increased trust and reduced drop offs.
Within a short time, I noticed a clear boost in my Shopify store sales. Now I save hours every day, and at the same time my engagement and conversions have improved.
Sometimes you only understand the value of automation after you experience it yourself.

The Scheduled Post with AutoDM feature has been a total game changer for us. As an agency managing over 20 accounts, we used to rely on ManyChat. Every time we published a post, we had to manually go back and update the automation across each account. It was repetitive, time consuming, and honestly exhausting.
Since switching to InstantDM, everything feels streamlined. Now we can schedule the post together with Auto LinkDM in one flow. Once the post goes live, the automation is already in place. No last minute updates. No manual syncing. No stress.
It saves us hours every week and lets our team focus on strategy instead of busy work.

I used ManyChat when one of my reels went viral, and suddenly I was looking at paying thousands of dollars. Honestly, the money wasn't even the biggest issue.
The real problem was that after using ManyChat, my next few videos just wouldn't take off. It felt like I was shadowbanned or something.
With InstantDM, though, my reels keep going viral consistently, even while automations are running. That's what surprised me the most. I'm genuinely curious what you guys are doing differently behind the scenes.
