Bring conversational AI into your flows with Claude or OpenAI. Guided mode for quick setup, custom mode for full control.

API Key Setup

  1. Go to SettingsAI Configuration tab.
  2. Enter your OpenAI API key (from platform.openai.com) and/or your Anthropic API key (from console.anthropic.com).
  3. Click Save.

Keep responses under 3 sentences. Use emoji sparingly.

Best Practices

  • Be specific about your business — More context = better responses.
  • Set clear boundaries — Tell the AI what to avoid and when to hand off to a human.
  • Keep responses short — Aim for 1–3 sentences per message.
  • Include your CTA — Always tell the AI what action you want users to take.
  • Test with real scenarios — Send test messages that mimic your actual audience.
  • Use Multi reply mode — Splits longer responses into shorter, more conversational messages.
