Dashboard Metrics
- DMs Sent — Total automated DMs sent in the selected timeframe.
- Links Opened — How many links inside your DMs were clicked.
- CTR (Click-Through Rate) — Links Opened ÷ DMs Sent × 100.
Link Open Analytics
Available on Trendsetter and above. Track link opens per hour, compare sends vs. opens, and toggle between chart and table views.
Flow Insights
For flows built in the Flow Editor, view per-flow analytics: users entered, drop-off points, most popular paths, and completion rates.
