How do I pause all automations at once?

Go to Settings → Automation Controls and toggle the Account Automation (Global) switch to OFF. This pauses all DM and comment automations instantly.

Where do I add my AI API key in InstantDM?

Go to Settings → AI Configuration tab. Enter your OpenAI API key and/or Anthropic API key, then click Save. These keys are used by AI Reply nodes in the Flow Editor.

Safety & Limits

Setting	Description
Comment Limit / Hour	Maximum comment replies per hour. Prevents Instagram from flagging your account.
Rate Limit Retry	How long to wait before retrying when you hit the rate limit.

Each plan has an hourly automation limit. When you approach the limit, InstantDM queues remaining messages. Smart Slowdown Mode (Trendsetter Pro+) gradually reduces speed instead of hitting a hard stop.

Toggle	Description
Account Automation (Global)	Master switch. When OFF, ALL automations are paused.
DM Automation	Controls whether DM auto-replies are active.
Comment Automation	Controls whether comment auto-replies are active.
