Team Management & Workspaces

Invite team members, assign roles, manage workspaces, and collaborate on automation.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Team in the sidebar.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the team member's email address.
  4. Select a role.
  5. Click Send Invitation.

Managing Permissions

  • Change role: Go to Team Settings → Members, click the role dropdown, select the new role.
  • Remove member: Click the Remove icon. They immediately lose access.

Collaboration Invites for Specific Posts

Grant someone access to manage automation for a specific post without full workspace access:

  1. From the post automation page, click Invite Collaborator.
  2. Share the invite link with the collaborator.
  3. They can Accept or Decline at the invite page.
  4. If accepted, they gain access to manage automation for that specific post only.
