Team Management & Workspaces
Invite team members, assign roles, manage workspaces, and collaborate on automation.
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Team in the sidebar.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the team member's email address.
- Select a role.
- Click Send Invitation.

Managing Permissions
- Change role: Go to Team Settings → Members, click the role dropdown, select the new role.
- Remove member: Click the Remove icon. They immediately lose access.
Collaboration Invites for Specific Posts
Grant someone access to manage automation for a specific post without full workspace access:
- From the post automation page, click Invite Collaborator.
- Share the invite link with the collaborator.
- They can Accept or Decline at the invite page.
- If accepted, they gain access to manage automation for that specific post only.
