Where do I download my InstantDM invoices?

Steps

1. Click My Plan in the sidebar.
2. Scroll to Current Subscription and click Invoices.
   • You’ll see a table with Date, Plan, Amount, Status and Invoice ID.
3. To add your business details first, click Billing Details, fill in Company / Business Name, Address, GST / Tax ID and Phone, then click Save.
4. On the invoice you need, click View to open it, or Download.
5. Download opens your browser’s print window. Choose Save as PDF as the printer and save the file.

On the phone app

The app has no invoice screen. Use the web app at app.instantdm.com. For plans bought in the app, use your App Store or Google Play purchase history.

Good to know

• Only successful payments are listed. Their Status shows Paid.
• Invoices paid in rupees (Razorpay) show the price split into the taxable value and IGST @ 18%. They are B2C invoices and the invoice notes that they can’t be used to claim Input Tax Credit.
• Your billing details are saved in this browser only. On another computer or browser, add them again before downloading.
• For a client account or multi-account plan, open My Plan while you are in the account that paid (usually your main account).
• Planning to ask for a refund? Note the Invoice ID. See Can I get a refund?

What you can’t do

• Save billing details to your account so they appear on every device.
• Download invoices from the phone app.

If it doesn’t work

• The Invoices list is empty: you may be in a different account from the one that paid. Switch account and check again.
• The PDF has no company details: click Billing Details, fill them in, click Save, then download again.
